A Day of Vibrance and Unity at the Kaleidoscope Carnival
The British International School Ajman recently hosted its annual Kaleidoscope Carnival, a spectacular event that drew in a larger crowd than ever before, creating an atmosphere filled with joy, excitement, and a strong sense of community.
The Grand Inauguration
The event commenced at 4:00 pm with the distinguished arrival of His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, a member of the Ajman Ruling Family. The inauguration ceremony was marked by the ribbon-cutting by Ms. Suaad Siddiqui, Director of Paradigm Pioneers Global Trust, alongside other notable guests such as Mr. Sulaiman Hassan Sulaiman Alraessi from the Ministry of Education, and First Lieutenant Huda AlAbdooli and Lieutenant Khalifa AlYamani from the Ajman Police. Their presence set the tone for an unforgettable evening.
The Kaleidoscope Carnival was a vivid tapestry of activities and performances. From lively PlayStation competitions to the excitement of bouncy castles, trampolines, and a thrilling bull ride, there was something for everyone. Animal lovers enjoyed camel and horse riding as well as a delightful petting zoo featuring ducks, birds, kittens, and puppies. The charm of these activities captivated attendees of all ages.
Food enthusiasts were treated to a delectable array of offerings from various stalls, including Papa John's, Barcode Restaurant, Chaska Point, Thaseef Restaurant, and special BIS treats. For those with a sweet tooth, ice cream, popcorn, and cotton candy stalls provided an extra layer of delight.
Showcasing Talent and Community Spirit
The stage was alive with spectacular performances from students across all grades, showcasing the vibrant talent within the BIS community. These performances added a layer of cultural richness and creativity to the event, making it a true celebration of student potential and community spirit.
Adding to the carnival's allure were the raffle draws, which kept the excitement levels high throughout the evening. Lucky winners walked away with an array of coveted prizes, including laptops, phones, tablets, and home appliances, making the event even more memorable.
